You might think that a month with no five-star books might be a disappointing month for me, but this truly was a month of good books.
Even though none of this month’s books rocked my world, it was really interesting to learn more about Steve Jobs and also about our culture of public shaming, I found an author my mother loved that I never knew about (Haywood Smith), I finally read Where’d You Go Bernadette, and have some great food for thought thanks to some other fantastic non-fiction books.

July was an outstanding reading month. Any month with two five-star books is a winner! What did you read?
June was a good reading month. I truly enjoyed all 12 of the books I read/listened to. I had one five star book (gotta love Brene Brown), seven four stars, and four three stars which means that I would recommend any and all of these books.
