I loved this book because Brit Bennett paints pictures with her words that made me feel ALL THE FEELS. I was listening to this in my car on the way to work one morning and I actually had to sit in the parking lot and get ahold of myself before I could go in.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Wisconsin. But I hate winter. I loathe winter. There is a whole state full of people that love winter and winter sports that think cold and snow are the bees knees. That is NOT ME. I can tolerate the cold and snow until Christmas and then I am Done.
